Throughout his career, Charles has managed and supported global financial relationships and transactions as an investment banker specializing in the financial strategies to build, grow and acquire businesses.

As President of M1Investment Group - headquartered in Las Vegas, Nevada - Charles' team is focused on acquisitions, investments, and financial strategies for the Gaming industry worldwide. His clients are both individuals and institutions who seek the unique opportunities offered by casino investments.

In 2006, as president of Boston-based BT Securities, Charles raised in excess of $500 million to pursue an acquisition of the publicly traded Riviera Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas.

Prior to joining BT Securities, Charles was a Senior Managing Partner with Wildwood Capital LLC, a boutique investment banking firm specializing in elite transactions for private and publicly traded companies. In addition to structuring mergers & acquisitions, strategic partnerships and financing transactions, Charles lead the firm's international expansion efforts into Europe, and managed each client relationship and transaction process.

Before transitioning into investment banking, Charles served as a Relationship Manager for the Private Investment Counsel of Zurich Scudder Investments. Working with one the top Portfolio Managers in the firm, the team of four managed the client relationships, investments and strategy of more than $1.5 billion in private and institutional assets.

Fluent in Spanish, Charles maintains strong relationships with global financial institutions, investors and entrepreneurs.
