Dean C. DiLullo
President

Dean is currently the President of M1 Gaming. M1 Gaming is focused on managing and consulting for casinos in the gaming industry with the aim to assist properties reach their optimum level of performance.

Dean DiLullo has 24 years of experience as a Casino Executive. He has a qualified gaming background that consists of executive leadership in Gaming Operations, Marketing and Finance.

Most recently he was the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer (EVP/COO) for Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada. Prior to Planet Hollywood, he was with Station Casinos for 12 years. During Station Casino's period of high growth, he was the General Manager for several of their properties and Vice President of Marketing for a few of their brands.

Dean has experience in both the West Coast and the Midwest. His expertise includes local, regional, airport and resort gaming markets. His specialty is designing strategic plans that can maximize the property's profitability. He is an expert in Casino Database Marketing, Special Events and Property Operations. In addition, he has held a non-restricted gaming license in the state of Nevada. In addition, Dean has a Master of Business Administration from the University of Nevada Las Vegas and a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Arizona State University.





Robyn Rohlffs
Executive Vice President,
Development & Marketing

Robyn Rohlffs has over 15 years experience in and around the gaming industry with a focused background in relationship management, strategic development, operational and process analyses, and marketing.

Starting her gaming career as a member of the pre-opening marketing team for Players Island Resort Casino & Spa in Mesquite, NV, Robyn eventually joined Station Casinos as an Assistant Director of Marketing and then went on to consult to the gaming industry for a private firm located in the Bay Area.

In this most recent role, she served as the Strategic Account Management Department Head responsible for designing, marketing and delivering the firm's loyalty and incentive program services and products. In this capacity, her focus was on client relationship development, structuring complex contracts, developing strategy, and managing multifaceted program implementations. She served as the executive lead on key accounts such as Harrah's Entertainment, Seminole Hard Rock, Penn National Gaming, and The Borgata. Additionally, her sphere of influence included internal operational analysis and process improvement initiatives utilizing Lean Six Sigma principles as well as the development and execution of business development strategy. She served in an executive leadership role directing the largest team in the firm and overseeing a portfolio representing 90% of the firm's annual sales.

Robyn brings a strong project management discipline as well as opportunity development and executive management skills to the M1 Team.

Robyn also holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs.





Jerry Sparks
Vice President,
Information Technology

Jerry Sparks has over 20 years of experience in the Information Technology field, with 15 of these years in the gaming industry. Jerry has an in-depth background in technology, voice, data, and visual signage systems, with a focus on designing, building, and opening new resorts.

Jerry has worked in Las Vegas, the Midwest, and with Tribal Gaming, providing expert guidance on technology, systems, installation, and training. Most recently, Jerry served as the Director of Information Technology and a member of the Executive Leadership Team for Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Prior to Planet Hollywood, he was with Station Casinos for 4 years as the Corporate Director of I.T. Operations, with the responsibility of daily operations for 10 casino resorts.

While at Station Casinos, Jerry's first project was the design, development and installation of the IT systems at Green Valley Ranch Resort and Casino followed by four other Station Casino grand opening projects. In total, Jerry has provided IT leadership for eight resort casinos across the nation.

In addition to IT, Jerry has a strong background in software development, systems integration, and complex issue resolution.





Jim Rolfe
Vice President,
Finance

Jim Rolfe has over 23 years of experience in the gaming industry with extensive knowledge of financial operations. He has held several executive positions for Nevada properties and has several years at Tribal Casinos. He has an extensive background in the gaming industry working for Caesars Entertainment, Stations Casinos and Tropicana Entertainment.

After working for Caesars Tahoe as the AVP of Finance for 10 years, Jim moved to their Las Vegas flagship property, Caesars Palace, serving as the Executive Director of Finance for two years. He then expanded into Native American gaming by accepting an executive financial position with Pearl River Resorts in Mississippi. After three years there, Jim returned to Las Vegas to accept the Director of Finance position with Station Casinos.

Most recently, he was the Director of Finance for the MontBleu Resort and Casino in Lake Tahoe, Nevada. MontBleu was the former Caesars Tahoe property, subsequently acquired by Tropicana Entertainment.

Jim's knowledge of both finance and related casino Cage Operations has been used to strengthen existing operations as well as open new properties. His specialty has been to hire and train Audit, Finance and Cage/Count Room operation teams to maximize efficiency.





Marcus Suan
Vice President,
Gaming Operations

Marcus Suan has over 20 years of experience in the gaming industry with a focused background in slot operations and slot marketing. He has held several gaming licenses with the Nevada Gaming Control Board and has worked for IGT, Coast Casinos, and Boyd Gaming.

Most recently, he was the Corporate Vice President of Slot Operations for Boyd Gaming overseeing their 15 casinos, including six properties in the Midwest. Prior to working at Boyd Gaming, he was with Coast Casinos and worked directly for Michael Gaughan for 12 years as the Corporate Vice President of Slot Marketing for the three Coast properties and one Las Vegas Strip property.

Marcus has been a member of three casino opening teams and numerous casino expansions projects. His marketing background was derived from operating several of the most successful slot clubs in the industry. Marcus has implemented several database marketing campaigns, slot tournaments and slot promotions.





Nancy DeGregorio
Vice President,
Player Services

Nancy has been a resident of Las Vegas for 28 years developing and formulating relationships and business development for prestigious individuals and organizations.

Over the past two decades, Nancy has held several high profile positions at major resort casinos, including Station Casinos and Tropicana. She was with Station Casinos for eight years as the Director of Player Development and Event Planning. In this capacity, she traveled the country with the Presidents of Sunset Station and Green Valley Ranch organizing and hosting high-end events nationwide.

She maintains an Independent Gaming Representatives License with the state of Nevada. Nancy represents clients from around the world and, as a result of her ongoing commitment to excellence, she is one of the area's highest achievers.

Nancy is President and Cofounder of Boomer Babes and Beyond, a nonprofit organization that helps women. The organization raises funds to assist women in furthering their education and those reentering the work force. She volunteers her time to many other philanthropic organizations. She is an active volunteer for Child Focus, Missing and Exploited Children, Make a Wish Foundation and the Arthritis Foundation.

Nancy has been recognized with numerous awards for her professional accomplishments. Some of her accolades include: a "Superior Customer Service Award" from the Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce, the "Ambassador of Courtesy Award" from the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority, and the "Outstanding Service Award" from the Tropicana Resort and Casino. Nancy attended New York University and majored in Liberal Arts. She is continually enhancing her skills towards the highest levels of customer services and time management programs.
